Location

The Overland Adventure Summit takes place on 10 acres of open field just outside of THE RED RIVER GORGE Kentucky, perfectly located minutes from the MOUNTAIN PARKWAY in central kentucky, and just a 15 minute drive from hundreds of miles of fun and varying trails on the daniel boone backcountry byway and the kentucky adventure tour.

ABOUT CAMPING

  • Your camping pass grants entry to the event/vendors/classes from 2:00pm Thursday 6/6 through 12:00pm Sunday 6/9. thursday Check in hours are 2:00pm through 8:00PM, friday check in hours are 8:00am through 8:00pm - please call if you’ll be arriving outside of those hours.

  • sites are assigned by hosts. please arrive with people you plan to camp with.

  • campsites are 20’ by 20’ and are for one vehicle only. trailers up to 20’ are welcome with the purchase of aN ADDITIONAL 20’ by 20” trailer site.

  • golf carts and utvs/atvs are not permitted. motorcycles are only permitted in general parking or at your campsite. bicycles are permitted.

  • For the sake of other campers, quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and generators are not permitted.

  • camping is in a grassy and uneven area with no hookups for water or power. Porta-potties are provided. NO FOOD IS PROVIDED ON SITE, BUT THE VENUE IS MINUTES AWAY FROM STANTON, KY. trash cans are on site, but please try to minimize trash.

  • campfires must be in DESIGNATED FIRE RINGS OR off the ground. All fires must be extinguished completely when not attended. you must have your own fire extinguisher if you have a fire.

Tickets

  • day passes are for 9:00AM through 6:00PM.

  • day passes are per person. parking is free for any attendees.

  • Camping passes are for the thursday 2:00pm through Sunday 12:00pm, but you may arrive any day up to 8:00pm.

  • camping passes are for one vehicle and the driver. Additional passenger and trailer passes are available.

  • children 12 and under are free.

Site rules

  • dogs are permitted, but must be well behaved, leashed, quiet at night, and you must clean up after it.

  • Day pass hours are 9:00AM through 6:00PM. Campers may enter/leave any time during the day, but entry may be restricted after 8:00PM.

  • drones are not permitted to fly over events/people without faa part 107 license and a drone that meets faa safety standards (no DJI or Skydio drones currently meet those standards).
